Blue Mosque

The blue mosque was built to try to out do Ayasofya and is only a few under meters away. It is a very open building with fantastic stained glass Windows and the inside is covered with shiny tiles. It's a lot brighter than Ayasofya but I prefer the character of the older building. Once again it has huge chandeliers hanging at what feels like almost floor level. The 4 main support pillars for the roof are insanely large.
