Well its less of a museum and more of an abandoned factory, but interesting all the same. We had a bit of a look outside to start with, there are many retired train engines including a steam engine which was imported from Belgium in 1948.
In one of the buildings there is an array of engineering equipment including micrometers, callipers, microscopes and many other things.
In the factory it was dark and a bit dusty. There were stairs to go up and over the machinery and Sharon didn’t want to go so i started by myself. Then a Taiwanese guy came along with his family, same thing, they didn’t want to go. So we went to check it out. up the stairs, across the bridge, down the other side, it was darker over the far side, then a dog barked in the back corner. I was a little worried about getting bitten if we went into its teritory and there are lots of wild dogs in Taiwan, but the guy got creeped out like there were ghosts or something. we ventured further but there didn’t seem to be any exit so went back out the entry.
The coolest part is all the creations made out of old parts of machinery.
